We are writing to let you know how pleased we are with our newly finished basement! We have been very satisfied with the entire project -- the actual building process and the end results.

We found you and your staff easy to work with and always willing and able to answer our questions. We also appreciated how it was handled when things requiring further decisions came up during the building process.

We especially appreciated how careful your staff was to protect the rest of our home during the work, and how they cleaned up and checked up after any sub-contractors. We felt very comfortable with them in our home including when our children were home without us.

We have shown our new basement to several people, and they all think it's beautiful! We have also given your name to several people. We recently commented to each other how glad we are that we decided to go ahead with the project, and that we chose All Phase.

Dear All Phase,

I wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the recent remodeling of both our bathrooms. We were impressed right away when the project began and it took 20 minutes just to lay the protective plastic and other coverings to protect our rug and floor. Mike was efficient and personable. He answered our questions and made sure the project area was left without clutter each day.

As we look at the completed project we are pleased and satisfied with the quality and care put into it. We did not feel any inconvenience during the project which our son really appreciated.

Thank you, Lyle, Heather and Mike for your quick response from the bid process to the start and completion of the project. We would consider All Phase if we ever remodel again.

We just wanted to express our thanks for a job well done. We appreciated how you made sure everything was done correctly and the way we wanted. The suggestions you made were excellent and contributed to an even better outcome. The site clean-up at night was terrific and considering the carpenters had my twin 16 month old boys desperately wanting to help them things were always kept "safe" which was very important. If you ever have another family with very young children wanting to remodel and worried about your very professional crew working in their homes, we would be happy to give you a recommendation (or anyone else for that matter).

It is often when problems arise that you see the true caliber of the people you hire. I wanted to mention that when things didn't come as expected even when it wasn't your company's fault your attitude of "You do not need to worry about that we will take care of it and make it right -- and you did" was terrific.

Your bid was slightly more than the others that we could have gone with but as we found out in the previous job you did for us you get what you pay for and I think we received good value, and know that any follow-up is done well!
